What we’re looking for

As the Customer Success Manager, you will be pivotal in providing exceptional customer experiences to our key accounts in French and other specified languages. Your primary responsibility will be to guide customers seamlessly through their lifecycle, collaborating closely with the sales and Customer Success Management (CSM) team to ensure the delivery of value and drive adoption among our largest deployments. Working alongside executive sponsors and IT professionals, you will balance account management and business expertise, offering robust recommendations to our critical stakeholders.

What you’ll be working on

  • Cultivate growth and foster long-term relationships with our strategic customers, ensuring their retention and satisfaction
  • Oversee a portfolio of clients, guiding them to realize value from their investment in our products and services
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for growth and optimization within customer accounts
  • Lead the successful execution of key milestones throughout the customer lifecycle, from initial onboarding to regular Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and renewal processes
  • Advocate for customers internally, championing their needs and priorities to relevant stakeholders across departments such as Product, Support, Engineering, and Sales
  • Drive internal initiatives and projects as needed to foster innovation and improve customer experience

We’d love to hear from people with

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Customer Success Manager or equivalent role in a SaaS company, with a focus on managing a high volume of strategic accounts
  • Must be fluent in French and English; preferably proficient in another language
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills, capable of dissecting ambiguous problems into manageable components and devising optimal solutions
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to effectively engage with C-level executives.
  • Results-driven mindset, adept at achieving both project and team objectives
