Have an urgent question or issue? We offer 24/7 email support for all customers. For instant answers, our Help Center houses a comprehensive collection of articles and videos that explain how to use every SurveyMonkey feature. We also offer tips and guidance for creating effective surveys in Surveys 101.
Although there isn’t a help center dedicated to strictly Google Forms, there is a basic Docs Editors Help Center that has information on creating and working with forms.
You can send out your survey lots of different ways. Get a web link to cut and paste it into emails, social media posts or your website. Use our email collector to track who responds. Or add embedded or pop up collectors to any website. By upgrading, you can host surveys on research.net, our white label domain. Give us your criteria and SurveyMonkey Audience can even find the right people to take your survey.
You can share the link to your form anywhere on the web or email it out directly from Google Forms, but you can’t track who responds or include any additional data. You can also use html to embed your form into a website.
Get responses in real time, slice and dice your data to find insights, and share your results with others for additional feedback. You can convert your data into custom charts and reports to show off your results.
Your survey data is available in simple bar graphs, pie charts, and text displays. Users can’t filter results, but data is automatically exported into a Google Spreadsheet.
