SurveyMonkey Oracle Eloqua Integration Terms of Service
LAST UPDATED: AUGUST 15TH, 2016
The SurveyMonkey Oracle Eloqua Integration service (the “Service”) is provided subject to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and any SurveyMonkey order form or similar SurveyMonkey document under which you purchased the Service (“Order Form”).
Capitalized but otherwise undefined terms in these Terms have the meanings given to them in the Order Form.
1. Service description
SurveyMonkey Oracle Eloqua Integration is a service that allows users to automatically synchronize responses to their SurveyMonkey surveys with associated contacts and custom objects in Oracle Eloqua. Additionally, new contact records can be created based on demographic information gathered in a survey. The Order Form may specify additional details about what you purchased.
2.1 Corporate subscription required.
You must have a Corporate subscription (formerly known as an Enterprise subscription) to be eligible to purchase and use the Service.
2.2 One subscription per Corporate Group.
Each Service subscription is associated with a single Corporate Group only. You will need to order one Service subscription for each Corporate Group with which you wish to use the Service.
2.3 Appropriate Marketo Subscription required.
To be able to use the Service, you are required to have an appropriate subscription to the online services provided by Oracle Corporation or its affiliates (“Oracle Eloqua”) via Oracle Eloqua’s website (“Oracle Eloqua Subscription”). You, and not SurveyMonkey, are responsible for ensuring that the features and capabilities of your Oracle Eloqua Subscription support SurveyMonkey for Oracle Eloqua and the purposes for which you intend to use SurveyMonkey for Oracle Eloqua. You may need to order additional services from Oracle Eloqua in order for the Service to properly operate with your Oracle Eloqua Subscription.
3. Relationship between the Service and your Oracle Eloqua Subscription
3.1 One subscription per Oracle Eloqua Subscription.
Each subscription to the Service entitles you to use the Service with a single Oracle Eloqua Subscription. If you have multiple Oracle Eloqua Subscriptions (i.e. multiple instances of the Oracle Eloqua application), you will need to order one Service subscription for each Oracle Eloqua Subscription with which you wish to use the Service.
3.2 Effect of Oracle Eloqua Subscription termination.
If your Oracle Eloqua Subscription terminates for any reason, your associated Service subscription will automatically terminate. You will not receive a refund of any fees prepaid for the Service in the event of such termination.
4. Term and termination
The Service is made available as an automatically renewing subscription. The term of your Service subscription is specified on the Order Form. Absent such specification, the initial term and any renewal terms will be 12 months each.
4.2 Corporate subscription required.
Your Service subscription will terminate if you fail to maintain a Corporate subscription.
