When asked for whom they might consider voting in 2024, Democrats and independents who lean Left cite popular presidential candidates of today. 

  • Mayor Pete Buttigieg would lead the pack with 30 percent saying they would consider casting a ballot for him in 2024, and as age increases, so do shares of his supporters (16 percent of 18-29 year olds to 49 percent among seniors).
  • Fully 26 percent want to bring Kamala Harris back into the race.
  • Nearly one quarter (24 percent) would choose Cory Booker.
  • Both Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Oprah would have an identical 20 percent of Democrats considering them for a vote.
