Accelerating our growth in enterprise: Welcome GetFeedback to SurveyMonkey!

At SurveyMonkey, we are in the business of powering curious organizations and individuals to use feedback to drive growth and innovation.  Over the last year, we’ve gained incredible momentum in growing our enterprise customer base. In April 2019, we acquired voice of customer technology company, Usabilla; in May 2019 we opened our cloud-based European data center to accelerate our global expansion; and last month we were recognized by G2 as having the highest customer satisfaction of any player in the enterprise feedback software market.

Today, I am excited to announce that SurveyMonkey has entered into an agreement to acquire customer experience management company, GetFeedback. A top rated feedback solution for Salesforce, according to the Salesforce AppExchange, the company serves over 10,000 leading brands, which include more than 1,000 enterprise customers like Cisco, 3M, Caterpillar, Johnson & Johnson, Walgreens, and Salesforce. 

SurveyMonkey and GetFeedback share a differentiated view on how to help our enterprise customers use data to drive growth and innovation. Our integrations bring customer feedback data directly into existing systems of record so organizations can combine data in meaningful ways and act quickly within world-class platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft, Tableau, and others. GetFeedback is deeply embedded within Salesforce, and will help us accelerate our integration strategy and sell to enterprise organizations. Together, we’re excited to offer the premier customer experience solution within the Salesforce ecosystem.
