Your goal is to understand if customers will buy it and if it is a good fit for your company.

Secondly, is there a market for the product? Your initial research may have indicated a market potential for the product, but now that you have a specific idea, you should revisit the question. Is the industry growing? Are more consumers coming onboard?
Next, does it solve the problems of your ideal customer? You can look back to your buyer personas to remember what challenges they have and if your product idea solves it.
