PALO ALTO, Calif. February 26, 2016 – SurveyMonkey, the world’s leading online survey and data insights platform, today announced two additions to the company’s leadership team. Steve Norall has taken the role of Senior Vice President, SurveyMonkey for Business Product, and Brad O’Neill has been appointed as Senior Vice President of Global Sales. Both roles are effective immediately.
Mr. O’Neill and Mr. Norall are co-founders of TechValidate, which was acquired by SurveyMonkey in August 2015. TechValidate, an innovator in the content automation field, gives companies like Dell, GE, and Philips the ability to quickly transform online survey data into content for sales and marketing communication. The team has been working together to define the future of SurveyMonkey’s business-grade solutions.

As Senior Vice President, SurveyMonkey for Business Product, Mr. Norall will lead development of the company’s business solutions. With more than two decades of leadership as a serial entrepreneur and operator at SaaS and enterprise software companies, Norall brings deep expertise including product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to the team.
In his new role, Mr. O’Neill is responsible for building, scaling and ensuring the success of SurveyMonkey’s global salesforce. He brings over 20 years of sales experience to the company, with past positions including founding two startups and working in sales leadership positions in enterprise technology and SaaS businesses.
