SurveyMonkey’s continued dedication to DEI and social impact

September typically represents the end of summer, and saying goodbye to a season of fun can be bittersweet. However, at SurveyMonkey, we know insights are year-round, and our customers also understand that. So, we are leveraging our unique insights around diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), and social impact to empower others to Ask, Listen, and Act around topics growing increasingly important to employees, customers, and shareholders. 

Companies, schools, and community organizations are prioritizing their actions to align with the values of DEI and social impact worldwide. Our business operates to ensure we win and deliver for our customers. Diversity, equity, inclusion, and social impact are foundational pillars of SurveyMonkey, embedded in everything we do.

We remain committed to creating the tech industry's most inclusive culture. 

Over the next three and half months, we will share a series of blogs that centers around the principles of DEI and Social Impact and our learnings as a company. We will also include learnings  from the billions of people who have shared their insights with us on our SurveyMonkey platform. Amplifying voices is a core principle of who we are as a company. As part of that principle, we also want to highlight voices that are typically not heard. I'm excited to share those insights with you soon. Toni Morrison's quote on empowerment encapsulates what we hope the upcoming blog series will do. She says, "I tell my students, 'When you get these jobs that you have been so brilliantly trained for, just remember that your real job is that if you are free, you need to free somebody else. If you have some power, then your job is to empower somebody else. This is not just a grab-bag candy game.“
