Beautifully engaging e-mails: Emma and SurveyMonkey Integrate

“Fashions fade, style is eternal”. – Yves Saint Laurent

We’ve got beauty on the brain over here at SurveyMonkey and so we’re thrilled to introduce you to Emma–a professional, polished solution to email marketing. In no time at all, Emma can help you dress that email up for success with their gorgeous collection of email templates.

If you need a stylish way to spread the word about an upcoming event, a classic look to engage your donors, or a fresh perspective on customer engagement, Emma has you covered. Looking for a little extra help? Emma’s in-house graphic designers can create a custom template just for you.

Now that we’ve partnered with Emma, you can complement the content of your beautifully designed email with a SurveyMonkey survey in order to collect important feedback and insights from your target audience. Emma and SurveyMonkey bring both beauty and brains to your email campaigns, making you a force to be reckoned with.

Ready to take a look? Here we go!

Step 1: Log in to your Emma account and start a new mailing. You can choose from ready-made templates or blank templates. Add the text you want readers to click to view your survey, and click the link icon in the toolbar:

Navigate to the SurveyMonkey tab in the window that appears. From there, you’ll be prompted to Connect your account:

You can do this by entering your SurveyMonkey log-in credentials in the popup window:

Step 2: Now you’re ready to add a survey to your Emma mailing. Simply choose the survey you’d like to add from the drop down menu. This is the text your email recipient will see and prompt them to take the survey:

Step 3: All done! Your email recipients will see a beautifully crafted email from Emma, with a link to take a SurveyMonkey survey. As they click the link and visit the survey, you can watch the responses come rolling in.

Many thanks to Annie Williams, Cody de Vos, Jason Bynum and the Emma team for creating such a lovely integration!
