(Nasdaq:SVMK), closed its initial public offering of 17,250,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $12.00, which includes the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase 2,250,000 additional shares of its common stock. The shares began trading on The Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "SVMK" on September 26, 2018.
