The City of Palm Beach Gardens is required to submit a Five-Year Consolidated Plan, Annual Action Plan, and Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice (AI) to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in order to receive federal grant funds under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program.

The Consolidated Plan sets the City's strategic objectives to address housing and community development needs through HUD funding and other resources. The Annual Action Plan outlines how the City will spend the funds it receives annually from HUD. The AI is a plan to Affirmatively Further Fair Housing and includes an analysis of fair housing issues and actions to overcome impediments.

The City anticipates it will receive approximately $237,646 in CDBG funds for FY 2020-2021. CDBG funds may be used for public facilities and infrastructure projects, public services, affordable housing related projects, homelessness, and economic development activities.

Your participation in this survey enables the City to prioritize its HUD funding. YOUR RESPONSES ARE COMPLETELY ANONYMOUS.
