PACAPE 2020 Teacher/Administrator Awards Nomination Process

The PACAPE membership recognizes the value of effective teaching and leadership that promote proficiency in student learning and a positive school culture. The wonderful results of past events have encouraged us to continue this important program. Excellence in education is worthy of honor and recognition. The PACAPE program consists of three stages: event announcement, application collection and evaluation, and an award ceremony.

1. The website application is available through each of the PACAPE Private School Association Member Schools. The initial request for submissions is available from the beginning of January through the last day of February

2. The evaluation process will be done electronically, and the top three submissions for each category will proceed to the final round of judging. Judges will be appointed by the PACAPE Board.

3. All finalists will be notified. Announcement of winners will be completed by April 15th. A special reception at the Capitol following the EITC Birthday Rally is being planned. Winners must be able to attend the Harrisburg presentation ceremony to qualify. All finalists will receive tickets to the event for themselves and their guests. Legislators, sponsors, PACAPE and association officials, award finalists, and other invited guests will take part in the award ceremonies.

Early Educators: Three Years to Kindergarten;
Elementary: Grades 1-5;
Secondary: Grades 6-12
Specials: K-12
