There are some updates coming to the ACC Managed Rehabilitation Equipment Service (MRES) app. As part of this, we need you to re-register your details with us and confirm the contract services that you support ACC clients through.
Adding your service contracts and ensuring your other details are correct will help ACC with their decision-making and planning.
You must complete this re-registration before Wednesday 1 October. If we don’t receive a completed survey from you before Wednesday 1 October, your access to the MRES system may be deactivated and you will need to re-request access to the MRES app.
