Calling all Potential Presenters,

We are looking for those who are interested in presenting at the 2019 California Cruz’n Statewide Expanded Learning Site Coordinator Symposium February 8th and 9th at the Queen Mary located in Long Beach, CA.We are searching for exceptional presenters (especially site coordinators/leads) to explore best practices and cutting-edge issues that implement the quality standards in expanded learning. We are hoping to find presentations that can expand the horizons of all who attend. Please take a moment and complete the entire RFP in order to be considered for selection. Our goal is to have workshops that will help others to learn as well as be able to share ideas and best practices/models on quality expanded learning (before school, after school and summer) programs.

Submitted proposals will be reviewed by the Site Coordinator Expanded Learning Symposium (SCELS) Committee for presentation selection. Selected presentations will be notified by the SCELS Committee by December 21, 2018.
 
Complete all fields accurately. The information you provide will appear in the Symposium brochure. Please be advised of the presenter responsibilities and expectations outlined below:
 
  • Registration will be waived for the main Symposium presenter only (Co-facilitators will be responsible for their registration fees).
  • All travel and lodging expenses are the responsibility of the presenter(s).
  • Presenters must be willing to repeat their workshop(s) during two or three time slots during the conference, as scheduled by SCELS.
  • Presenters are responsible for providing materials and handouts for their workshop participants.
