Ward 5 Resident Survey – City of Ottawa 2026 Budget Input

Background:

The City of Ottawa is preparing the 2026 budget. With a proposed property tax increase of up to 3.75%, I want to hear directly from Ward 5 residents about their priorities. This short survey should take about 5 minutes to complete. Your feedback will help guide my work on Council as budget decisions are made later this fall. Please note that I will also be hosting a Ward 5-specific Public Consultation on the budget on October 29th, 2025, from 6-8pm, at the West Carleton Community Complex in Kinburn.
