Recent changes to the Growth Management Act and regional growth policies require the City to update its comprehensive plan to better address housing needs for all economic segments of the community. The City is also required to evaluate its housing policies and regulations for racially disparate impacts and exclusion in housing. These impacts occur when policies, practices, rules, or other systems result in a disproportionate impacts or exclusion based on race, income, gender, age or language spoken.
This survey is intended to help the City understand housing needs and equity in the community and to help guide future housing policies and regulations.
