Crystal Town Center Vision Plan Take the Survey: Help Shape the Future of Crystal’s Town Center The City of Crystal is creating a Town Center Vision Plan - a long-term guide that shows how this central area could evolve over the next 25 years. The plan will bring City policy to life through clear, visual concepts that help residents, city leaders, and developers imagine how the Town Center could grow and change over time.Through this effort, the City will explore opportunities for redevelopment, infrastructure improvements, and public spaces that strengthen Crystal’s identity and support community goals. The plan will include illustrative concepts showing what change could look like in 2030 (when the Blue Line station opens), 2040, and 2050.Key goals of the Town Center Vision Plan include: Establishing a clear and inspiring long-term vision for the Town Center area Identifying redevelopment and infrastructure opportunities that align with City priorities Creating 3D visualizations to show what future development and public realm improvements could look like Outlining implementation strategies such as phasing, policy updates, and partnerships Your feedback will help guide the vision. We want to hear:👉 What should change?👉 What’s missing today?👉 How can this area better reflect Crystal’s character and future aspirations? This fall, we’re gathering community feedback and holding visioning workshops with Crystal’s City Council to inform the first draft of the Town Center Vision Plan. The project will build on this input through early 2026, with a final plan anticipated by the end of January.⏱ This short survey takes about 5 minutes to complete.Lead by the City of Crystal in partnership with Damon Farber Landscape Architects.
