  • Supervisor recommendations and approval are a key component of the SEP application. Your responses to the following questions will help to determine your employee's professional and leadership potential, their readiness and ability to engage in a year-long program and whether or not SEP is the best program to support their professional development goals.
  • Specific examples of collaboration/team work, personal growth, leadership, commitment to learning and professional excellence will provide the clearest picture of your employee and their suitability for SEP.
  • Your responses are not confidential. Your feedback and recommendations may be shared with your employee for developmental purposes.
