Part 3 - 2025 Industry-Supported Symposia Speaker Information and Confirmations

For Industry Supported Symposia, the ACR requires signed documentation of speaker engagement in the form of a letter of agreement or a signed statement with the symposium date, presentation time, and title - attach below as the speaker confirmation. Please also provide the speaker's name, academic designation(s)* if applicable, current institution, city, and state.

Speaker Restrictions: The policy of the ACR prevents board members of the ACR and the Foundation, as well as chairs of committees that plan CME activities from participating in ISS held during or immediately following ACR meetings. Please review the most recent ineligible speaker list.

Follow the directions below to upload documentation for up to five speakers.

Speaker information is due no later than August 1, 2025. Your program listing in the promotional materials is contingent upon receipt of copy prior to marketing deadlines. The ACR will not be responsible for changes/ additions after publication deadlines have passed.

*Please note that while we ask for speaker designations, we can't guarantee that all of them will appear due to some of the designations not being in some of our back-end systems where the information ultimately pulls from.
