Safe Spaces Plan
As with many large events, there is the potential for people to feel unsafe due to inappropriate behaviour by others towards them. CBANS is committed to providing an environment of safety and respect for association members' staff & volunteers; event patrons/guests, contractors and other stakeholders. We will endeavour to ensure that no one will be subject to discrimination, harassment, physical or verbal abuse or any other conduct that diminished their sense of dignity.

We are developing a Safe Spaces Plan which will include detailed information about who to notify and what to do in the event that an individual feels unsafe due to inappropriate behaviour they have experienced at the NS Craft Beer Festival.
