It is important to note that it is one member one vote, and with the exception of those who have individual membership with NGA, this means the school, trust, local association or local authority is the member and has one vote.

For example, the governing board of a school that has membership of NGA may only cast one vote.

9.The receipt and adoption of the report of the Directors and the audited accounts of the company for the year ended 31 March 2025. The report is available here.(Required.)
10.Auditors – It is proposed that Feltons Chartered Accountants be appointed as auditors and to authorise the company’s board of directors to negotiate and determine their fees.(Required.)
