The Use of AI in Career Development: CANADA

The Use of AI in Career Development: CANADA
A small working group, comprised of the original authors of our profession’s Code of Ethics, along with individuals with interest and expertise in AI, are updating the Canadian Code and Competency Framework to reflect the impact of artificial intelligence (AI). With funding support from Magnet (Toronto Metropolitan University), the Canadian Career Development Foundation (CCDF) in association with dmh associates and CareerChat UK, is collaborating with this working group to explore how artificial intelligence (AI) tools are being integrated into career services and/or career education in Canada.

We invite career development practitioners/educators to share their perspectives by completing this short pan-Canadian survey, which will take approximately 15 minutes. The research follows strict ethical guidelines: participation is voluntary, you may withdraw at any time, and no personal details will be stored. If you wish, towards the end of the survey, you will also have the option to volunteer to be part of focus groups on this important subject.
