Young people have been disproportionally affected by the Covid-19 crisis and many are facing the second major economic and job crisis in their lifetimes before starting their careers. We need a renewed focus on how to build learning systems, especially in the area of vocational education and training, that better prepare young people for the job market to maximize opportunities and minimize inequalities.
