Homelessness Needs Assessment – Service Provider Consultations
Western NSW Primary Health Network (WNSWPHN) is developing a Needs Assessment on people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness in the Western NSW region. We want to hear from service providers in the region to ensure the health and wellbeing needs of the community are accurately captured.
Service providers working with people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness across the Western NSW region are invited to participate in a consultation on the healthcare needs of this population. Your expertise and experience are vital to understanding current service provision, identifying gaps, and informing the planning of future health services.
