Thank you for considering these latest proposed changes associated with Programme Enhance – proposed changes to the Consumer Charter and Standards, and a proposed Customer Feedback Tool. These latest change proposals build on an earlier consultation in April-June 2024 which included proposed ways to refresh how TPI audits and reviews member firms. The outcome of that earlier consultation is available in the members’ area of TPI’s website.
Collectively, these planned changes are designed to strengthen TPI's offering to member firms and uphold the commitment to building safety and customer service standards. They also seek to ensure member firms are well-placed for any future introduction of statutory regulation in residential block management, which The Property Institute is seeking from the Government.
