Occupational Therapy Australia (OTA) is seeking member input to inform our submission to the NDIA’s 2026 Annual Pricing Review. This survey aims to capture occupational therapists’ experiences delivering NDIS-funded services, including the costs, challenges and impacts of current pricing arrangements.
Your insights will help OTA advocate for pricing that supports sustainable, high-quality occupational therapy services and ensures NDIS participants can access the supports they need. The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Responses are provided anonymously and any insights and data will be de-identified and reported in aggregate.
Part of this survey includes asking questions about price differentiation. This is a concept the NDIA is exploring. OTA has some concerns about the potential risks of creating different prices based on different participant or provider characteristics. We are particularly concerned that this may be used as a reason to drop prices for some of all of the allied health provider market. We are surveying members about the merits of different policy proposal to help us understand any unintended consequences or risks. If you prefer to skip these questions you are welcome to do so.
Thank you for contributing to this important advocacy work.
This survey closes on Friday 23 January 2026.
If you have questions about the survey please email policy@otaus.com.au. Please note OTA will be closed from Wednesday 24 December, reopening 5 January 2026.
