These awards are based on your chapter activity from January 1 - December 31, 2025.
The Chapter Excellence Awards will be presented to one chapter in each size category: Small (0-99 members), Medium (100-299 members), and Large (300+ members). Each of the three size categories will have one winner, and an overall winner will be chosen from the size categories for Chapter of the Year.
The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Community Service Award will be granted to the chapter that achieves the highest overall score (question #9) based on their actions throughout 2025.
Only one application per chapter allowed.
