The Business Continuity Institute (BCI) is glad to launch the fifth Emergency Communications Report, with the support of F24. This piece of research highlights what the most common practices are in deploying an emergency communications plan and how to improve them. The survey also seeks to understand what the impact of business continuity is when communicating in a crisis and how different functions work together.

All references to specific individuals and organizations will be removed from the report prior to publication but it is important for us to gather profiling information to help us understand distinctions between sectors, countries, and sizes of organization, etc.

This survey should take no more than 10 minutes of your time to complete.

Thank you for your time and contribution.
