Introduction

The Regional Diversity Roundtable (RDR) and Peel’s Systemic Discrimination Action Table are inviting all staff from organizations based in and serving Peel to complete this survey. This is to help identify organizational gaps and strengths in the inclusion of diverse populations in workplaces. The initiative is in line with the goal of Implementing effective data gathering and reporting practices. In order to assess the impact regionally and respond to inequities collectively as they emerge, the objective is to tackle the issue of Systemic Discrimination, which is a priority of Peel’s Community Safety and Well Being Plan (CSWB).

RDR’s Diversity and Inclusion Charter, propels organizations to work toward equitable workplaces. For this disaggregated data gathering activity the hope is that you, as a staff member, will participate to demonstrate areas that need improvement in ensuring the wellbeing and safety of the workforce.
