The City of Boise hired Public Sector Search & Consulting, Inc. (PSSC), to help identify well-qualified candidates for the position of Chief of Police. PSSC is seeking input from a variety of sources, including – this community survey. While the mayor is the hiring authority for this position, this survey is your chance to tell the consultants the qualifications and leadership qualities you want the new chief to possess and the public safety priorities you hope the new chief will embrace.
