PARTIES AT PAPA’S:

Papa’s Pumpkin Patch is excited to make your celebration extra special! We offer covered outdoor picnic shelters for groups from 10-100 guests. Parties are scheduled Monday-Friday 3:30-6:30 pm and weekends 12:30-2:30PM and 3:30-5:30PM. Our 2023 season is scheduled as Sunday, September 10 - Saturday, October 21, weather permitting. 

The reservation fee is $40 for a standard shelter (covered roof with 3 picnic tables), $50 for a medium shelter w/8 tables and $70 for a larger shelter (covered roof with 9/10 tables) that also has three sides enclosed and offers electricity. The reservation fee must be paid in advance to hold your reservation.

Your reservation includes two hours reserved in your party area, one of Papa’s famous pumpkin cookies for each guest, and free admission for the “person of honor.” You may bring your own food and beverage at no charge. Papa’s also offers concessions on site.
 
Except for the “person of honor”, all party guests must pay admission ($6/person except $3/person on Thursdays, ages 2 and younger free). You can choose to have each guest pay their own admission, or you can buy admission tickets in advance and provide them to each guest, or our party host can keep tally allowing you to pay at the end of your celebration.

Papa’s ticketed activities (i.e., pony rides, hay rides, train rides, pedal carts, corn cob sling shots, side-by-side obstacle course, mini golf) are open Thursdays 5-7 pm and all day Saturdays and Sundays(noon-6pm). You may buy activity tickets for your group in advance or when you arrive for your party.

To reserve a day and time for your party, please complete this online form. Our team will then follow-up to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from our team and complete your advance shelter payment.

I may cancel this reservation for a full refund only if my cancellation is made no later than one week prior to my scheduled event date. With less than one week notice, I understand I will be refunded my payment minus a $10 cancellation fee. However, no refunds will be made for cancellations with less than one week notice. If weather or other events force Papa’s Pumpkin Patch to make a decision to close to the public, full refunds will be provided for any pre-paid reservation fee.
