Olivier Awards 2027 | Panel Application Form Apply to become an Olivier Panellist Thank you for your interest in becoming a panellist for the Olivier Awards. To apply, please complete the questions in this application form. Before doing so, read the information below carefully.About the PanelsThis year, we are looking to fill positions on four panels: Theatre, Opera, Dance and Affiliate. You may apply for more than one panel, but can only serve on one.What’s InvolvedPanellists are required to see all eligible productions in their chosen category. This may include up to 120 plays or musicals in London for the Theatre panel, while the numbers are typically lower for Affiliate, Dance and Opera.We anticipate the Affiliate and Dance panels to see approximately 50-70 shows, while the Opera Panel usually attend 10-15 productions. Affiliate, Opera and Dance productions often have short runs with limited opportunities to see the shows, which should be considered before applying. Panellists usually receive two complimentary tickets and a programme for each production. This is an unpaid voluntary role, and expenses are not covered. The term lasts for approximately one year.If appointed, panellists will take part in open and constructive discussions about eligible productions during panel meetings. You should be confident in expressing your opinions, while also listening to and respecting the views of others.We ask all panellists to keep their role confidential throughout their term. You may share your appointment with close family or friends, but it must not be made public in any form.Who We’re Looking ForWe welcome applicants who can demonstrate a strong passion for their chosen area and who are able to commit to seeing two to three productions per week throughout the eligibility period, which runs from 18 February 2026 for approximately one year.For the Dance, Opera and Affiliate panels, we welcome applications from both industry professionals (lecturers, journalists, arts administrators etc.) and non-professionals.
