About Us
The Beaver Hills was designated as a biosphere on March 19, 2016 by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). The Beaver Hills Biosphere is an important and distinct geographic area in which people work together to contribute to the environmental, social, economic and cultural well being of the region. From parks and trails, to recreation areas, historic and cultural sites and wilderness retreats, the Beaver Hills has so much to offer.

About This Project
We are exploring meaningful learning in the Beaver Hills Biosphere and will be creating a plan for the future of education in the Biosphere, but we can’t do it alone. We invite you to share your experiences, ideas and hopes as inspiration for continued connection with nature through the Beaver Hills Biosphere. Your experiences are important to us and this survey helps us connect with you and your knowledge.
Tell us about your familiarity with the Beaver Hills Biosphere.
