Your generosity is most appreciated!

The MSAE Silent Auction Subcommittee welcomes unique and creative donations for our 2025 Silent Auction. We request that all prize certificates be valid beginning December 8, 2025, and remain good for a minimum of one year.

Note: Please fill out one Donation Form per item donated. (A copy of the form is available to view here; this will allow you to prepare your submission.) Donation information must be submitted via this collector.

Possible Silent Auction Items:
  • Meeting and Event Registrations for industry events
  • Books, surveys, products representing your industry or a wellness activity
  • Hotel accommodations, free overnight for attending a meeting, complimentary breakfast and/or dinner
  • Complimentary golf, spa, skiing, concert/theater tickets, cultural activities
  • Complimentary tickets to theme/amusement parks, ballgames, breakfast or dinner vouchers at a restaurant
  • Airline tickets/vouchers, Michigan Flyer or Transportation tickets/vouchers, gas cards
  • Jewelry, apparel, accessories, a basket of themed items from a specific region, gift cards from a local store in your area
  • Gift baskets loaded with items appropriate for holiday gifting

Please submit all donation forms by Friday, November 21, 2025. Forms must be submitted via survey collector. To encourage engagement with participants, Exhibitors at MSAE25 will be able to keep their silent auction donation(s) and bidding form(s) at their tables throughout the event.
