Your Opinion Matters - Angleton Tomorrow

The City has recognized the need to review the zoning ordinance and the Land Development Code (LDC). The purpose of this endeavor is to gather feedback and comment which will aid in the identification of measures to consolidate requirements; simplify and streamline the development process; encourage economic development and investment; and make it less cumbersome in general.
Additionally, the City is preparing a handbook that will contain policies and procedures related to the development of land and building activity. The Administrative Development Procedures Manual, the City's new development handbook, will provide vital information regarding the City'spermit processes and will be an easy-to-follow guide.
The City would like to encourage you- residents, business owners, and other stakeholders to participate in this process. Thank you for your feedback.
