Thank you for your interest in attending the 2026 ASCE Legislative Fly-In scheduled for March 18 - 20, 2026 in Washington D.C. Please read the following instructions and application guide before filling out your application.

Requirements
Participation in the ASCE Legislative Fly-In program requires the completion of this application. Please note that the form does not support auto-save, so the application must be completed in a single session. The deadline to apply is November 14, 2025.

You must be an
ASCE member in-good-standing and a Key Contact to apply. All applicants must currently reside in the United States and be either a registered voter or lawful permanent resident.


Selection Process
Preference will be given to applicants who:

- Are active in the Key Contact Program,

- Have a demonstrated history of advocacy and leadership on behalf of ASCE,

- Have a strong desire to be involved in ASCE advocacy efforts throughout the upcoming year, or

- Live in strategically important states or congressional districts for ASCE's priority issues.

The application includes open-ended questions, so, wherever possible, please let us know more about your personal commitment and interest in public policy and advocacy.

Acceptance notifications will be sent via email starting December 12, 2025. Additional notifications will occur on a case-by-case basis as space is available.

Travel Support
ASCE Government Relations will provide a limited number of per diem travel awards by reimbursement. In 2026, all applicants will only be considered for a travel award if they fill out the travel award request section in the application.
