* 4. W2s will only print for your employees who did not register for their isolved portal, or waived the electronic delivery consent upon registering. In addition, they will also print for terminated employees who have not reactivated electronic delivery consent.

Printed W2s will be available for pick up in our office from Wednesday, January 7th until Friday January 9th (9am to 5pm). If your W2s are not picked up by 5pm on Friday, January 9th, we will be delivering them via UPS to the address listed in your "Client Summary" page. Once logged into isolved, please navigate to the "Client Management" menu on the left, then select "Client Summary" - is the address on the left side of the screen correct for a mailing address for W2s this year?
