About This Survey

West Tamar Council is developing a new local strategy to guide Legana’s next 20 years of growth, and we need your input!

We have partnered with town planning experts, Holmes Dyer, to develop the Legana Town Centre & Township Structure Plan.

This plan aims to guide sustainable growth, identify development potential, and create a thriving future for Legana’s Town Centre and five key township precincts, including opportunities for future residential and commercial expansion.

This survey gives you the opportunity to share your views on the ideas and priorities outlined in the Structure Plan. Your input will help shape the final Legana Town Centre & Township Structure Plan, which will guide how Legana grows and develops in the future.
