Thank you for taking part in this survey. Before you begin, please read the participant information below to understand what your participation involves.

This survey aims to assess how the recommendations of the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety are being implemented and experienced by aged care workers. It seeks to understand the impact of recent reforms on key areas including staffing levels, skill mix, funding, consumer safety, worker safety, and clinical safety.

Participation is voluntary and anonymous. The decision to participate or to withdraw from the survey will have no bearing on your position as an ANMF member.

To be eligible, you must be aged 18 years or older and work in the aged care sector. The survey is open to both ANMF members and non-members, and we encourage sharing the survey link with your colleagues.

The survey will close on the 24th of November 2025 and will take approximately 5-7 minutes to complete.
