Valley of the Moon Vintage Festival Artisans Fair

We invite you to apply to become a vendor during Sonoma’s longest-running Festival, the Valley of the Moon Vintage Festival, presented by the Sonoma Valley Vintners & Growers Alliance and Foundation. 

APPLICATION DEADLINES & DOCUMENTATION: *Please read the below carefully*

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT: Friday, June 30, 2023 

VENDOR STALL FEE: $150 per 10’x10’ or $250 per 10’x20’
  • Vendor Stall Fees are non-refundable and due upon application approval. All applicants will receive their application status and payment details via email.
 
CRITERIA: Applications are evaluated by a selection committee based on the following; locally made hand-crafted goods, recycled/sustainable materials or components, no unnecessary packaging, high-quality affordable options, compliance with all local, county, and state ordinances and permits. A limited number of Vendors available.

 Your application DOES NOT guarantee placement in the Vintage Festival Artisans Fair. Notice of application status will be emailed. If you are approved and cancel, no refund will be given.

Vendors are responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and products for their booth (shade structure, tables, chairs).

The City of Sonoma bans single-use plastics. Organizers of the Vintage Festival support and enforce this policy and are committed to producing a sustainable event. CLICK HERE to learn more about this policy.

Vendor load-in is 6:30am - 8:30am. All vendors are expected to be “open” during festival hours (9am - 4pm).

Pets of any kind are not permitted. The Plaza has a strict no-dog policy. Only licensed service animals are exempt.

No products may be handed out for FREE to the public during the Festival without prior approval and authorization;

Vendor agrees to maintain the dignity and integrity of the Valley of the Moon Vintage Festival as a “family-oriented” event. The Festival reserves the right to ask any vendor, its employees, or volunteers to leave if they are not acting in the best interest of the Festival.

The Valley of the Moon Vintage Festival will not refund for conditions considered “Acts of God” (extreme windstorm, power failure, earthquake, rain, fire, etc.).

1. Liability Insurance:

I understand I must submit a completed application and answer all questions.  An incomplete application may be rejected.

I understand this application is non-binding, pending festival approval.

I understand that if my business is accepted to participate as a vendor in the 2023 Valley of the Moon Vintage Festival, all required paperwork or agreements must be provided/completed prior to my business being allowed to set up and participate in the festival.

I understand that the festival review committee will act promptly to approve/deny my application in a timely manner.  Notifications will be sent via email.

If my business is accepted to participate as a vendor in the 2023 Valley of the Moon Vintage Festival, I agree that I and my employees and volunteers who will work at the festival will conduct themselves with dignity and integrity.  The festival reserved the right to ask any vendor, its employees, or volunteers to leave if they are not acting in the best interest of the festival.
