Penn State Public Broadcasting Pilot post-survey
PENN STATE PUBLIC BROADCASTING PILOT STUDY
Thank you for participating in the Penn State Public Broadcasting/Keystone eMedia evaluation survey. The evaluation of this program is being conducted by the Education Development Center, an external evaluator. The purpose of this survey is to gather information about your use and perceptions of multimedia resources, primarily those available to you via Teachers' Domain and Keystone eMedia.
Description of procedure: This survey should take about 5-10 minutes to complete. It will ask you about your teaching experience, your experience with technology and your perceptions of Teachers' Domain and Keystone eMedia resources.
Confidentiality: All information obtained in this evaluation will remain confidential. The data will be on a password protected website, encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software and downloaded onto a password protected computer. Only the evaluator will have access to the data. You will not be identified by name or described in such a way that you could be identified in any report on the survey results.
Risks and discomforts: The risks for participating in this survey are minimal. If you do not have time to complete this survey, you may stop taking it altogether or complete it at a later time.
Potential benefits: Your responses to this survey may help the Keystone eMedia developers improve their online offerings for Pennsylvania teachers. In addition, at the end of the survey you will be asked to provide contact information. You may choose not to provide this information. However, if you do enter your contact information you will automatically be entered into a drawing for prizes from Penn State Public Broadcasting.
