2026 Women to Watch Nomination

Nominate a deserving woman for the 2026 Women to Watch Awards with YOUR Union County Chamber.

This award recognizes women who are between the ages of 21-39 with an impactful future ahead of them in their professional pursuits. To qualify, the nominee must work for a Chamber member in good standing. You can check the Chamber Directory here.

Other criteria include:
  • Demonstrates significant achievements and contributions in her professional field
  • Proven track record of professional growth and career progression
  • Active participation in community service or volunteer work
  • Commitment to continuous learning through professional and personal development activities
  • Contributes time and energy mentoring and supporting others, particularly younger women

Tips for submitting a nomination:
  • Answer each question thoroughly. Winning nominations typically have at least one paragraph for each answer.
  • Give specific examples to demonstrate the candidate's contributions.
  • If you are not sure about some of the candidate's data, don't be afraid to ask!

Award recipients will be chosen by an independent panel of judges and honored at the Women in Business Awards Luncheon on October 14, 2026. Previous award recipients are not eligible for nomination in the same award category for five years.

Limit content to a maximum of two paragraphs for each item below and please be specific.

Union County is home to many incredible women, but these awards are designed to honor those who are truly standing out in their fields and communities. Most nominees are honored to be considered, and a quick conversation can give you the information you need to submit a strong, thoughtful nomination.
