City of Richmond Community Engagement Survey (English)

On July 19, 2022, the Richmond City Council approved a contract with R3 Consulting Group, Inc. to provide an analysis and recommendations regarding the City’s trash agreement which will expire June 30, 2025. The City is requesting community feedback on current solid waste collection programs and gaps in program offerings.  Your responses will inform the City’s approach as the collection services for trash, recycling, and organics are reviewed. The City's aim is to improve and promote sustainability, equity, and zero waste.

The Survey should take less than 15 minutes to complete. All eligible participants who complete the Survey will be entered into a random drawing where fifteen participants will be selected to receive $50 gift cards. (City of Richmond employees are not eligible to win.)

This Survey is being conducted by an independent research firm. Your information and identity will remain protected and private and will not be shared, sold, or used for any other purpose.
