The Ways to Achieve Attainable Market Housing (WAAMH) project was launched to help address growing housing challenges, especially for priority housing groups such as young adults and families, local workers, seniors over 75 and people with accessibility needs.
The purpose of the Ways to Achieve Attainable Market Housing Plan is to provide an analysis of feasible housing solutions specific to Qualicum Beach. Recommendations will outline how the Town can most effectively increase the long-term supply and security of attainable housing.
The project team is exploring the feasibility of delivering different housing solutions for the Town.
