Volunteer car schemes are a vital part of community transport in England, but as a whole it is under-counted and under-reported.

It aims to gather solid national data on schemes, drivers, journeys, funding and unmet demand. Your answers will directly shape the recommendations we publish later this year.
The survey takes around 10 to 15 minutes. Where you do not hold the information we ask for, please use the "don't know" option rather than estimating.
We are looking for one response per scheme, completed by a coordinator, manager, lead volunteer or trustee. If you support more than one scheme, please complete a separate response for each.
