Bring your family together for a day of fishing, fellowship, outdoor learning, and honest conversation. Roots, Rods and Relationships is part of the Itswe series and is designed to strengthen connection among brothers, sons, families, and the community. Hosted by New Hope Full Gospel Baptist Church, Juneteenth Renaissance Institute, and 101.3 The Hustle. Thank you, Isleta Lakes, for donating the space and waiving site fees for participants!

What to expect

Fishing throughout the day
Family picnic from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM
Faith service from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Breakout sessions all day
Gun-safety education for adults and youth
Drug-prevention education
Outdoor education and family activities

Fishing Rod	Bring your own, costs vary
Fishing - Adults, ages 12+	$20 plus tax
Fishing - Children, ages 11 and under	$13 plus tax
Fishing - Seniors, ages 60+	$18 plus tax
