Share your thoughts on Vaughan's Water and Wastewater Rate Structure!

The City of Vaughan is conducting a Water and Wastewater Rate Study. Through this study, the City will assess the current water and wastewater rate structure and evaluate alternative structures and municipal best practices.

The objectives of the study are to:
  • maintain user rate affordability across all residents and businesses.
  • develop a financial plan that generates sufficient revenue to support operations, maintenance and capital investment.
  • review the current rate structure and recommend changes as needed.
  • align proposed rate and financial plan with industry best practices.
Your Voice Matters

Your feedback is important to us and will be considered when developing recommendations on the City’s future water and wastewater rate structure. Your input will help us understand your thoughts on the current rate structure and alternative rate structure options, as well as what you know about the City’s operations and assets that are funded by water and wastewater rates.

The survey will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete and will be available until Tuesday, June 30 at 11:59 p.m.
