Wisconsin Native Reptile and Amphibian Ownership Survey

It will only take one minute! Your personal information is completely confidential and WILL NOT be shared or collected. Please answer the four questions below and then click DONE. Thank you!
1.Have you ever owned a captive-bred, Wisconsin-native reptile or amphibian? (reference list below)

If a species is listed, all subspecies are treated as native (per state enforcement). Example: Gophersnakes/bullsnakes are listed at the species level, so all bullsnake and gophersnake subspecies are enforced as being native, even if they are not native to Wisconsin.
2.If yes to #1, were all of the animals albino or melanistic (all black)?
3.Are you a Wisconsin resident?
4.Do you support a ban on keeping all Wisconsin-native reptiles and amphibians, including captive-bred animals?
List of Wisconsin herps: If a species is listed, it includes all subspecies, even if not native to Wisconsin (per state enforcement regulations).
