Sign this petition today and share it with your colleagues to send a clear message to Uniting that this offer is not good enough.

Your enterprise agreement is being renegotiated for the first time in 9 years, and Uniting’s current offer doesn’t meet what workers need or deserve.

At a time when the cost of living continues to rise — including housing, groceries and fuel — this offer risks leaving many workers going backwards financially.

Uniting workers deserve fair pay and conditions that recognise the vital work we do caring for our community.

By signing this petition, we call on Uniting to:
  • Deliver fair pay increases that keep up with the cost of living
  • Introduce a medication allowance for qualified care workers who undertake medication administration
  • Improve leave entitlements, including stronger personal leave and infection control leave
