Shaping the Future: Share your voice on child care in Union County, OR

* Union County and The Rural Engagement and Vitality Center (REV) are conducting a survey to better understand the needs related to early childhood care in Union County and the impact that child care accessibility and affordability has on working families.

Upon completion of the survey, we invite you to be entered into a drawing for a chance to win one of five $75 gift cards for businesses in Union County. Please enter your email to stay up to date on this initiative and to enter the drawing. This survey will be open until Friday, October 17, 2025. No purchase is necessary to be included in the drawing.

Survey results will help to inform an early childhood care research project across Eastern Oregon as well as decisions about public support for child care in Union County.

This survey is intended for current Union County residents who are parents, guardians, and those who regularly care for at least one child between 0-5 years of age living in their household. Please take the next 10-15 minutes to complete this survey. You must be 18 years or older to participate in this study.

There are no consequences if you do not wish to participate in the study or if you choose to exit the survey before completing all questions. All data generated through this survey will be kept confidential and we will not connect your name and personal information with your responses.

Survey results will be stored on password-protected computers and raw data will be deleted within 3 years of being collected.
